The Bear Inspired This DC Caterer to Serve Italian Beef Sandwiches

The bearThe hit Chicago-based comedy-drama series, produced by FX and airing on Hulu, has captivated audiences for years.

The show, which we all now know intimately, would take an occasional break from the stressful storylines to show you some of the most mouth-watering and delicious meal preparations you’ve ever seen.

The most iconic was undoubtedly the assembly of the iconic Chicago staple that the show continually highlights, the Italian beef sandwich – roast beef slow-cooked to perfection, a healthy dose of spicy giardiniera and that tasty jus to bring it all together…

Now – thanks to a collaboration between Beresovsky Delicatessen and Chef Matt Adler from the Caruso grocery store and the Morini kitchen, Washingtonians can enjoy authentic Italian beef without leaving the capital!

Where can you find these authentic Italian beef sandwiches in Washington DC?

You can get one for a limited time (through July 31) at Beresovsky’s Capitol Riverfront location and at their new pop-up location in Dupont Circle at Mi Casa.

The limited-edition sandwich is being offered as part of the “Chefs…on a Roll” series, which is an ongoing campaign for Beresovsky’s Deli – where they partner with local chefs to develop their own unique sandwich and put it on the menu for a limited time.

Luckily for us, Chef Matt Adler From DC-area staples like Caruso’s Grocery and Cucina Morini, the latest sandwich in the “Chefs…on a Roll” series is inspired by The bear in honor of the launch of its third season.

There is only two locations around the capital where you can get yourself one of these delicious treats – Location of Beresovsky on the banks of the Capitol River And their new pop-up location in Dupont Circle at Mi Casa.

These authentic Chicago Italian beef sandwiches inspired by “The bear” will only be available for a few more weeks, with the last day of the collaboration being Wednesday, July 31.
