Warwick Davis apologises if social media post ‘concerned anyone’

Warwick Davis has apologized if his social media post “concerned anyone.”

The Star Wars and Harry Potter actor’s wife, Samantha Davis, died at the age of 53 on March 24, and her death was announced last week.

Davis posted Sunday, saying, “I’m done here, I’m signing out,” along with a heartbreak emoji.

Following their concerns, his children wrote a message on X, formerly Twitter.

The message read: “Thank you all for looking after our father, he is taking some time away from social media.

“He apologizes if his last post has worried anyone. We appreciate all your love and support, Annabelle and Harrison x.”

Davis met his wife while filming the 1988 fantasy film Willow, in which he played the lead role of hero Willow Ufgood. He later reprised the role in a 2022 Disney+ series.
