A physiotherapist accused of harassing and behaving inappropriately towards two female colleagues at a County Tipperary HSE centre has told a fitness to practise investigation he was “completely shocked” to learn of complaints about his conduct.

Physiotherapist Sarath Divakaran said on day three of the investigation by CORU – the health and social care professional regulator – that he was only trying to be “friendly” and “jovial” with the two women.
