Grocery Store Hours July 4, 2024: Stop & Shop, Walmart, and More

NEW YORK — Costco warehouse stores in New York City will be closed on July 4, but many grocery stores will be open for at least a few hours Thursday for customers looking to pick up last-minute supplies for Independence Day barbecues and parties.

As always, call ahead to make sure local stores are open. Pharmacies located in these stores may have different hours, so if you need a prescription, it’s a good idea to take care of it before the holiday or call ahead to confirm hours.
