Jarmal Prewitt, 35, was arrested outside Rippy’s Honky Tonk on an outstanding warrant at 11:40 p.m. on June 23. Officers were conducting a warrant service at the location looking for Prewitt. Officers located Prewitt and took him into custody. While searching Prewitt, officers found brass knuckles, a 1.7-gram marijuana joint, and several Adderall pills. When asked what officers found, Prewitt admitted that the marijuana and brass knuckles were his, but did not claim the Adderall. Prewitt was charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, possession of a prohibited weapon, and possession of a legend drug on June 24.

Jarmal Prewitt, of Clay Street in Nashville, Tennessee, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 24 on charges of disorderly conduct, prohibited weapon, simple possession and possession of legend drugs. A court marshal set his bail at $2,500 and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office granted him a pretrial release from the facility.
