Alta Equipment Group Announces Dividend on Preferred Stock

LIVONIA, Mich., July 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Alta Equipment Group Inc. (NYSE: ALTG) (“Alta” or the “Company”), a leading provider of premium material handling, construction and environmental treatment equipment and related services, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on its Series A Perpetual Cumulative Preferred Stock in the amount of $625 per share of preferred stock. This will be equivalent to a dividend of $0.625 for each outstanding depositary share representing a 1/1000th fractional interest in a share of Series A preferred stock. The dividend payment date is July 31, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2024.
