Samsung is offering a rare special deal to Galaxy S23 FE buyers

As Samsung prepares to unveil the premium Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 phones at next week’s Galaxy Unpacked event, the South Korean company is offering a tempting set of discounts and deals on a key Galaxy smartphone.

Launching in October 2023, the Galaxy S23 FE is the budget version of Samsung’s Galaxy S23. This “Fan Edition” falls into the space defined by high specs and low prices, the so-called “flagship-killer” smartphones. Forbes contributor Adam Doud reviewed the S23 FE, highlighting the high-quality display, impressive camera, and long battery life.

US consumers can now get their hands on the Galaxy S23 Fan Edition with a deep discount and several special offers.

First up, there’s a direct $75 discount on the 128GB and 256GB storage models. Samsung also has a trade-in program for various phones (not just Samsung phones). With deals going up to $450 depending on the phone and condition being traded in, plus the latest discount, the potential cost of an S23 FE comes to $105.

At checkout, Samsung will also be offering a $130 discount on a set of Galaxy Buds2 Pro, bringing the true wireless earbuds to $99.

Samsung also offers a number of partner deals, including six months of Microsoft 365, four months of SiriusXM, two months of Adobe Lightroom, and one month of Arc Site.

While this variant of the S23 was launched before the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy AI, Samsung has backported its AI services, making them available on the S23 Fan Edition. It may have been released last year, but the software remains up-to-date and ahead of the AI curve compared to other similarly priced smartphones. With these offerings, Samsung is giving consumers one of the easiest and most accessible ways to get into an AI-powered smartphone.
