Last-Minute Cancellation of BTOB Fan-Con Sparks Backlash

Previously, APlanet Entertainment And Seraphim Entertainment announcement 2024 Btob Fan-Con Our Dream in Jakarta, Indonesia.

APlanet Entertainment announced that the fancon has been canceled, even though it only took place eleven days before the scheduled date. In the statement, APlanet Entertainment claims that it was canceled after “careful examination with BTOB COMPANY” due to β€œcontractual issues such as inadequate local preparations and failure to comply with contractual obligations.”

It is with a heavy heart that we would like to inform you that BTOB FANCON (OUR DREAM) IN JAKARTA, originally scheduled for July 13 at 3:00 PM, has been canceled.

After extensive internal discussions and careful consideration with BTOB COMPANY, we regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel this event due to unforeseen circumstances. The show was cancelled due to contractual issues such as inadequate local preparations and failure to meet contractual obligations.

For fans who purchased tickets, the refund process will be done through the loket.com reimbursement system.

We sincerely apologize once again for bringing this sad news to all fans who have been eagerly awaiting JAKARTA FANCON. Thank you for your understanding and support. We promise to come back soon with an improved performance that will meet your expectations and bring you great satisfaction.
