Cassidy Botha recently posted a video on TikTok and explained that she had just moved to Durbs.

In her video, she shares something she didn’t expect:

This may seem obvious and natural to KZN residents, but most outsiders would identify with Cassidy.

The comments section had plenty to say, with many people sharing their hilarious stories and tips for dealing with little troublemakers:

  • “It’s listed in section 5, subsection a of the ‘Moving to Durban from Cape Town’ pack. I’ll send you a link to the driving directions.”
  • “Frr 😂 I also moved from Cape Town to Durban; they always steal my bread.”
  • “Don’t feed them. Don’t even try to touch them. Never eat near them. Lock your windows or they’ll steal your noodles.”
  • “At least they relaxed, they came into the kitchen, took my sandwich that I had just taken out of the toaster and sat in my driveway to eat it.”

Others simply wondered why she moved from Cape Town to Durban: “Leaving Cape Town for Durban is CRAZY.”

Durban is definitely on the wilder side.
