Sean Stewart is ‘divorcing’ wife Jody Weintraub and already dating a beautiful blonde…a year after shocking his father Rod Stewart with a Las Vegas elopement

Sean Stewart is divorcing his wife of one year, television producer Jody Weintraub, who is the daughter of the late Ocean’s Eleven producer Jerry Weintraub.

A source told DailyMail.com that Sean and Jody had already been separated for “several months” and were now working on a divorce.

“They were doing really well for so long, but things went south earlier this year,” the source told DailyMail.com.

“They realized they weren’t right for each other after they started arguing about everyday things.”

And Sean, who is the 43-year-old son of rock star Rod Stewart and model Alan Stewart, has already moved on.

“He’s dating a very sexy blonde, they get along great. She has her own business and is very independent,” the source added. “They’ve been on dates in Malibu.”

In February 2023, Sean – whose best friend is Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick – shocked his family by announcing he had married Weintraub in Sin City.

The escape was thought to have happened “on a whim”.

They tied the knot on Valentine’s Day, with Sean proposing during a romantic meal at Catch and the couple making things official just hours later.

The couple, who have known each other since high school, reportedly got married at the Little Church of the West, wearing their regular clothes.

They met through a mutual friend, producer Courtenay Semel. Jody has a son from her first marriage.

Earlier this year, Jody and Sean bought a house together in Los Angeles.

Both will likely sell the house, the source added.

Alana was Rod’s first wife and they married in 1979, but divorced five years later. In addition to Sean, the couple have a daughter, Kimberly, 43.

Alana was also married to actor George Hamilton.

It comes after Sean lost 40 pounds in the last six months through daily training.

The former reality TV star told DailyMail.com that he wakes up as early as 4am to start lifting weights.

“I get up really early to finish my work and then I go for a long walk,” the Sons Of Hollywood star revealed. “Of course, later in the day I take a nap, so I don’t miss out on sleep.”

“There’s nothing better than getting a workout in really early in the day so you can forget about it.”

Stewart also said he was tired of feeling fat and wanted to slim down for the summer.

“It’s uncomfortable to have weight on you, it feels horrible and it slows you down. So I decided to do something about it.”

He also changed his diet a little.

Instead of sliders or calamari, he opts for shrimp cocktails: “I’ve cut back on carbs a little bit, but I’m not going crazy.

“I mean, I can’t live without my rice in sushi! Right? I love sushi and I’m not giving it up.”

He also wanted to lose weight for his new TV show, of which he is filming the first episode, called the “pilot.”

The show will also highlight her career as a designer for her brand Dirty Weekend.

“There’s also the focus on his business, which has taken off. He’s the creator of Dirty Weekend, a brand of pajamas and other items. It has a lot of celebrity following.”

The new show will be part reality TV, part party comedy and has been dubbed a “comedy ensemble show”, DailyMail.com has learned.

Sean is the fashion designer behind the laid-back Dirty Weekend brand that Kardashian’s Disick is a fan of.

They make hoodies and swimsuits and will soon be releasing bikinis.

His partner in Dirty Weekend is Hector Marquez.

The designs have a very fun 80s Miami Vice vibe with palm trees and sunsets.

“It’s been really fun creating this brand, I’ve had a great time and there’s more to come,” Sean said. “I’m really happy with how things are coming together and how people are responding to the designs.”
