Biden’s Independence Day Message: If Trump Wins, We Will Be Nazi Germany

In an Independence Day fundraising letter to Democrats, Joe Biden criticized the Supreme Court for its ruling on presidential immunity and said that if Donald Trump returned to the White House, America would be like Nazi Germany.

“Just days ago, our Supreme Court struck down our founding principle. Today, while ordinary citizens are expected to follow the law, conservatives on the court have decided that presidents are free to break it. This is not an exaggeration,” Biden’s campaign letter, which is asking for donations, reads. “I fear the Supreme Court’s decision will embolden Donald Trump to sow even more chaos and destruction.”

He then compared Trump to a dictator like Adolf Hitler, the man responsible for the genocide of 70 to 80 million people, including Gypsies, Jews, the disabled, the elderly and homosexuals, as he sought to create the perfect race.

“He has already promised to be a dictator from day one. To purge dedicated public servants from our government. To unleash a brutal campaign of vengeance and retribution that echoes that of Nazi Germany,” Biden wrote in his fundraising appeal.

“As long as you stand with me, I will not let Donald Trump destroy what America stands for,” he wrote. “Protecting our fundamental rights and saving our nation’s democracy means re-electing Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. They are counting on this grassroots team to keep MAGA extremism out of the White House! Donate today.”

In the second quarter of this year, the Biden-Harris campaign raised a total of $264 million, including $30 million raised from film industry millionaires at a Hollywood fundraiser in June.

According to a CBS poll, only 27% of registered voters believe Biden has the mental and cognitive abilities to serve as president, down from 35% in early June. By comparison, 50% of those surveyed believe Trump has the cognitive abilities to serve as president again.
