Ansarada Announces Board Transition and Acquisition Milestones

Ansarada Group Limited has announced that Stuart Clout will step down as Chief Commercial Officer to become a Non-Executive Director with effect from 5 July 2024. Clout has contributed significantly to the growth of the business in various senior management roles and will continue to support Ansarada’s evolution, particularly during the proposed acquisition by DS Answer Pty Ltd. The independent directors of Ansarada unanimously recommend that shareholders vote in favour of the plan and the carve-out transaction, which they believe are in the best interests of the business.
