Event: All-you-can-eat New York-inspired brunch

Manahatta, the New York-inspired cocktail bar that seeks to “bring the rhythm of New York to Manchester” has upgraded its iconic Bottomless Brunch and Bottomless Party.

For just £35.95, the Bottomless Brunch experience offers unlimited prosecco, cocktails, beer and new Grey Goose vodka-infused essences for 2 hours, with an additional half hour to enjoy upbeat music amongst their signature ‘glitz and glamour’ until 3pm.

With a revamped menu, Bottomless Brunch diners can now choose any dish from the ‘Brunch & Lunch’ section of the main menu, including the classic Smashed Avocado and Poached Eggs, an American-style Cheesy On The Eyes Grilled Cheese Sandwich, the Lemon and Mascarpone Stack, the You Had Me At Halloumi Bagel, and more. For just £5, diners can choose any dish from the ‘Mains’ section of the menu.

For those who want to start a little later, the Bottomless Party starts from 3pm. Similar to the Bottomless Brunch, but guests can start as late as 8pm. Everything on the ‘Mains’ section of the menu can be enjoyed with 2 hours of unlimited drinks. For £39.95, options include the Manahatta Chicken coated in a spicy crisp with barbecue sauce, or for something unique and refreshing, the Karaage Chicken Ramen served without broth.

Both menus offer vegetarian and vegan options, from the chicken-free Caesar salad to the Central Park plant-based burger, there’s something for everyone. Guests can also opt for a gluten-free diet with a selection of dishes, so no one is left wanting.

The enhanced drinks menu features unlimited classics including Prosecco and Aperol Spritz, as well as signature cocktails such as the Summer Punch.

Three non-alcoholic options are available. The Watermelon Baller and the Passion Fruit & Ginger Spritz have all the flavours of a delicious cocktail, but without the hangover. Plus, 0% prosecco has been added to the menu.
