Meet Robin – Sandhills Sentinel

Robin was neutered on July 1st and is officially ready for a forever family.

Robin joined Paws of the Pines Rescue after being found in the woods with three other puppies. They were riddled with worms and covered in fleas and ticks. The founder ended up keeping one of the puppies. Another died shortly after joining the shelter. Robin’s brother, Batman, was found collapsed in his foster home’s yard, unresponsive. He was humanely euthanized mid-morning that same day.

Robin was then followed by his foster family, who kept him healthy and fit. Robin has exceeded all expectations. He has grown into a wonderful puppy who loves other dogs. He has been around cats and has done very well. Robin does not seem to know a stranger but can be a little shy on a leash at first.

Robin is a shepherd mix who always seems to be smiling. He is about five months old.
