Schroders Capital Buys Back Shares for Cancellation

Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.

Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 120,000 of its own ordinary shares at 11.79 pence each, affecting the total issued share capital which now stands at 829,200,026 shares with equal voting rights.
