In the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT 3, a misunderstanding broke out that drew attention inside and outside the house. The incident began when Sai Ketan Rao offered a massage to his housemate Chandrika Dixit aka Vada Pav’s daughter who was complaining of pain in her left arm. Sai’s gesture, which was purely meant as an act of kindness, unfortunately went down differently to Chandrika. She then informed the other housemates that Sai’s offer was inappropriate, sparking a debate within the house.

While the situation created a stir among the contestants, it also caught the attention of Sai Ketan Rao’s best friend Shivangi Khedkar. Shivangi, who has been watching the show, took to Twitter to express her dismay over the incident.

In defense of Sai, Shivangi tweeted, “I don’t like to talk about what goes on inside Bigg Boss because I am very aware that the situation they are in is very different from the outside world. I am very upset about the misrepresentation of a situation in a few articles about Sai. I think there is nothing else their PR team has to write for their artist and that’s why they chose this because maybe it works for them to bring their artist into the limelight. Unfortunately, getting a massage or giving a massage is considered a sign of flirting/teasing/bad behavior. But HE SAW HER IN PAIN AND LIKE A TRUE GENTLEMAN/HUMAN BEING HE OFFERED HIS HELP just to make her feel better! This is so nice. Not just Sai, I speak for all the men in the house.” I don’t think these men are what some stupid PR team is trying to portray them to be. I see so much respect given to every woman in the house by every man inside. I want to proudly say that I am in that era where boys were so well-behaved. (PS: Public Relations (PR) refers to how others see and feel about your artist. It is definitely not about sabotaging someone else’s image.)

Shivangi’s strong statement highlights the often difficult dynamics within the Bigg Boss house and the scrutiny that contestants face. Her words also highlight the importance of understanding and compassion, reminding us that gestures of kindness can sometimes be misinterpreted, especially in a high-pressure environment like Bigg Boss.

As the debate continues, fans and viewers are encouraged to look beyond the sensationalist portrayals and appreciate the nuanced reality of life inside the Bigg Boss house.
