While white parties aren’t new to the Fourth of July, one stands out when it comes to celebrity glamour: Michael Rubin’s annual bash at his $50 million Hamptons mansion.

Michael Rubin, the 51-year-old former Philadelphia 76ers co-owner and founder of the sports apparel and merchandise store Fanatics, has the golden ticket every Hollywood star wants: an invitation to the summer party.

“We joke that it’s 400 of our closest friends coming to visit us,” Rubin’s fiancée Camille Fishel told the New York Times.

Nearly 400 of Hollywood’s most famous faces attended the business mogul’s fourth installment of his Independence Day bash, and he spared no expense in dazzling his celebrity guests – Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Megan Fox, Drake, Emily Ratajkowski, Megan Thee Stallion and Alix Earle to name a few.

400 of Hollywood’s most famous personalities attended the business mogul’s fourth annual Independence Day party, and he spared no expense in dazzling his A-list guests – including Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, Megan Fox and more.

Paparazzi lined the hedges surrounding the 2-acre, 8,000-square-foot waterfront mansion in Water Mill, New York, which Rubin purchased in 2021.

The property’s tennis court was transformed into a nightclub for the evening, where top artists performed for the crowd.

Fishel compared the transformed tennis court to Liv Miami, one of the world’s most famous nightclubs.

“You don’t even know you’re on a tennis court,” Fishel told The New York Times.

This year, the guest list consisted of a coveted 400 names. While 300 of them received invitations featuring lithographs by acclaimed visual artist George Condo (a connection Fishel made while she was a waitress at a haunted West Village spot Condo frequented in 2013), a select few received a truly exclusive invitation: a work of art painted and personally addressed by Condo himself.

Guests mingled and took photos, enjoying exclusive gourmet dishes from some of New York’s most coveted and exclusive restaurants.
Dining options included king salmon, fatty tuna and blue crab, courtesy of Nobu, as well as slices of Lucali’s legendary margherita pizza and Rao’s signature meatballs (pictured).

For those who confirmed their attendance, a special perk awaited them: a pair of white, personalized Air Jordan 1 Low sneakers.

This limited edition collaboration between Nike and rapper Travis Scott was produced specifically for party guests.

A note inside the shoe box read: “Do not throw up on them. Not for resale… I know who you are.”

Representatives for Rubin and Fishel told the New York Times that those desperate enough to be seen at his party had offered millions of dollars just to be let inside, with the highest bid being $5 million.

But no amount of money could buy a desperate partygoer a golden ticket – for Rubin, it’s priceless.

The exclusivity of the guest list fuels curiosity about this private party. It attracts celebrities from diverse backgrounds – fine arts, sports, business, film, fashion and music – and imposes a “no entourage” policy.

The festivities kicked off Wednesday night with a beach football game between Tom Brady’s team and CJ Stroud’s Houston Texans. Later, guests were treated to live performances by Shaboozey, Mary J. Blige and Lil Wayne.

The party kicked off Thursday at 5 p.m. with cocktails on deck. Surprisingly, there was no signature cocktail.

“It’s not a marriage,” Fishel said.

Lil Wayne capped off an electrifying rooftop performance with a dazzling fireworks display launched from a nearby ocean barge.

The energy shifted as the tennis court transformed into a pulsating club, with surprise sets from GloRilla, Megan Thee Stallion, Machine Gun Kelly, ASAP Ferg, Alesso and Travis Scott keeping the crowd hyped until dawn.

“It’s both messy and fun, and these artists are there and they never really have that environment where they can kind of let loose,” Fishel said.

As the last of the partygoers filed out, they were greeted with a classic Hamptons touch: a warm bag of bagels from Goldberg’s, the legendary breakfast spot.
