Monday

Potter County Commissioners Court

9:00 a.m.: Potter County Commissioners Courtroom, 350 SE 6th Ave., Ste. 2141

Request for budget amendment; consider and act on the following: purchase additional items for the District Courts; 2025 Armstrong County Jail Housing Contract; Department of Labor prevailing wage schedule for the upcoming redevelopment of the Detention Center booking rooms; appoint Assemblyman William “Jake” Snyder as the local rabies control authority; enter into updated agreements with the Federal Highway Administration and the Bureau of Land Management for the second phase of the Crossbar Access Project; establish and approve sheriff and constable fees for service of civil process for 2025; receive information regarding warranty claims or other problems at the District Courts Building and discuss appropriate actions to correct known problems; receive public comments on the current condition of Murray Loop and consider and act to authorize a one-time expenditure to improve the situation for current and future residents; employment items.
