The Bear fans shocked after spotting ‘split-second’ celebrity appearance in season 3 scene

YES SIR! The bear is finally back for season three, and no doubt many of you have already binged the new series after its release in late June.

The Emmy Award-winning series follows Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) as he transforms his brother’s sandwich shop into a gourmet restaurant, taking the original crew with him after bringing in ambitious chef Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri) to help steer the ship.

For the third installment, the staff is busy elevating the restaurant – now named The Bear – to the highest level, while doing their best to stay in business during what often feels like a “losing battle.”

“Carmy is more driven than ever and demands excellence from his team, who are doing their best to match his intensity,” Disney says of the new season.

While many fans have already watched the series in its entirety (thank you, streaming gods, for giving it to us in one big chunk!), there may be a few details you missed.

The new season arrived late last month (FX)

This includes a “blink and you miss it” appearance from a celebrity who also has a celebrity chef role, prompting people to wonder if there might be an unexpected connection between the two separate restaurant worlds.

The cameo, which appears in the season finale titled “Forever,” comes in the form of a photo – a still from the 2015 film Burnedin which Bradley Cooper plays the role of nervous chef Adam Jones.

Although the film was poorly received by critics at the time, it has gained something of a cult following in the years since.

The crossover occurs when Carmy arrives at Ever’s restaurant, which is being closed down by her mentor Terry (Olivia Colman).

As he walks down a hallway covered in photos of chefs from the show’s universe, that’s when Adam, played by Cooper, appears.

“I think this implies that Bradley Cooper studied at this restaurant for his role in Burneda film that exists in The bearsomeone else said.
