Concurrently, Mr. Thomas Simpson, Senior Vice President, Exploration and Mr. Andrew Pooler, Senior Vice President, Development, are retiring from the Company.

Mr. Roberts has over 30 years of experience as a geologist in the Americas, Africa and Asia. He has spent significant time working and advising on numerous projects in the United States, spanning generative exploration, planning and supervision of drilling programs, and overall program management and permitting. Mr. Roberts holds a Master of Science degree from the Royal School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of London. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Professional Geologists.
