Yuexiu Property Announces Issuance of Green Notes

Yuexiu Real Estate Company (FROM:GUZA) released an update.

Yuexiu Property Co announced the planned issuance of CNY1.69 billion of secured green notes due 2027, with the gross proceeds earmarked for the refinancing of certain offshore debt. The notes will be offered exclusively to professional investors, with the intention of listing them on an exchange. The proceeds raised will be used to refinance eligible green projects in line with the company’s sustainable financing framework.
