Edwards ready to leave Arsenal

Arsenal striker Khayon Edwards could be set to leave the club this summer.

The 20-year-old forward has loved his time in the Gunners’ academy over the last few years. However, Jeorge Bird’s website for the Arsenal youth team says he is ready to test himself at senior level.

A loan spell in the second half of last season at Leyton Orient gave him experience.

He is now set to move on and sign for another club as a free agent, rather than renew with Arsenal.

Edwards was called up to a training camp with the Jamaica Under-23 team last season.
