Ishan Kishan breaks silence, reveals why he didn’t play Ranji Trophy despite BCCI order

THE BCCI took a firm stand against Ishan Kishan for missing the Ranji Trophy 2023/24 season. The left-handed batsman took a break from the game during the South Africa tour and withdrew from the Test series. He also stayed away from the Ranji Trophy. It was reported that the BCCI had ordered the players to participate in the final leg of the league phase of the Ranji Trophy. But Ishan Kishan did not turn up for Jharkhand.
