Fans Shocked By Heather Gay’s Weight Loss In New Photo

Heather Gay launched fireworks of a different kind on July 4 this year. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City The star posed for a family photo with her three daughters Annabelle, Ashley and Georgia.

But if you didn’t look closely, you might have missed Heather. She’s lost some weight and looks amazing. In the photo, Heather blends in perfectly with her three daughters.

Fans React to Heather’s New Look

“Gays love the 4th of July,” Heather captioned the photo. Fans and friends were shocked by the RHOSLC original’s youth.

“You four are gorgeous… The most perfect family photo. You are so special to each other,” co-star Angie Katsanevas wrote in the comments section.

Lisa Barlow added some red, white and blue hearts in the comments.

“You and your sisters are beautiful!” wrote another commenter.

“Happy 4th birthday Gays. Beautiful family. Who’s the mom?” joked one fan.

“Damn girl! I thought you were Whitney until I zoomed in!” another added.

Others have mentioned Heather’s obvious weight loss.

“Holy gay queen of Ozempic,” joked one commenter, including a red heart.

“Heather… how are we supposed to know which of these 20 year olds is you?!! You look amazing @heathergay,” wrote one admiring fan.

Despite receiving some nasty comments from fans, Heather has always tried to maintain a positive body image. In 2023, she even thanked luxury designer Gucci for being “so inclusive” to its plus-size customers.

But now, Heather has lost a lot of weight since we last saw her on RHOSLC Season 4. How did she do it? In November 2023, she admitted to People that she was on “the Ozempic train” and had been for “a long time.”

In March 2024, she told ABC News that she had “sold herself out” by using the controversial drug to lose weight. “It’s disappointing and sad to know that body positivity was just a big lie,” Heather said. “It’s better (to be thin).”

“I wasted a lot of years beating myself up and feeling guilty… about my inability to lose weight,” the Beauty Lab founder confessed. “If I had known there was a drug that would make me lose weight effortlessly, I would have taken it 30 years ago and probably would have had a different life.”

Heather always believed that “the world would accept and love us” no matter what. But now she has changed her mind and decided she is doing her daughters a “disservice.”

“The truth is, the world treats you differently (when you’re overweight),” the Good Mormon author confided. “I want my girls to feel great about their bodies.”

“I don’t want my daughters to feel limited by their bodies, like I did,” she added. “We need to teach them that they have the power to change things, instead of thinking, ‘It’s just genetics.’”
