Janus Henderson Investors announces changes to its ETF range

Janus Henderson International Sustainable Equity ETF closes

DENVER, July 11, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Janus Henderson Group plc (NYSE: JHG) today announced its intention to close and liquidate the Janus Henderson International Sustainable Equity ETF (SXUS) following a standard review of the firm’s exchange-traded product suite. Janus Henderson regularly reviews its product suite to ensure the firm’s product offerings continue to best meet client expectations and needs.

Subject to applicable law, the Fund will no longer accept creation orders after the close of trading on October 10, 2024. Trading in the Fund will be halted prior to the market opening on October 11, 2024. Liquidation proceeds are currently expected to be distributed on or about October 16, 2024.
