UFC ‘Muted’ Audio Reveals Khabib Nurmagomedov’s Savage Message to Conor McGregor After Tapout

You’ve never heard Khabib Nurmagomedov use the F-word or the B-word during his UFC career – until now.

It came immediately after Nurmagomedov submitted Conor McGregor at UFC 229 in October 2018. On Monday, the UFC released new footage of the fight in the latest edition of “Muted” — a series that revisits fights without commentary, with audio from the cage and the corners of the cage amplified — that shows the heated moment.

After McGregor tapped out a neck crank and sat on the canvas staring at Nurmagomedov, the then-lightweight champion was subdued by referee Herb Dean as he spoke to McGregor, yelling, “Bitch, I f***ed you up! I f***ed you up, bitch!”

You can watch the new footage, as well as the entire episode, in the video above.

Not included, moments after securing the victory, Nurmagomedov threw his mouthguard toward McGregor’s cornermen and jumped the cage to attack Dillon Danis, sparking a wild brawl on the arena floor that spilled into the cage.

It’s no surprise that things ended the way Nurmagomedov and McGregor did, given the highly personal nature of the rivalry leading up to the fight. Still, it does highlight the intensity of things.
