Milan ready to focus on Tammy Abraham after securing Alvaro Morata

Milan have found their new number 9: barring any unforeseen circumstances, Spanish striker Alvaro Morata will be the Rossoneri’s next centre-forward.

Earlier today, Milan made a decisive step in their negotiations for the former Juve striker.

The club decided to pay Atletico Madrid’s €13m release clause to secure the signing of Morata, who had also been linked with Roma at the start of the transfer window.

With the Morata deal now finalised, Milan will turn their attention to new transfer targets.

Among them, Tammy Abraham stands out. The English striker of the Giallorossi is in fact one of the strikers that the former Roma player Paulo Fonseca likes the most, reports Fabrizio Romano.

Milan plan to intensify talks with Roma in the coming days.
