Miami-Dade Voters Encouraged to Prepare for Election by Checking Their Personalized Ballot

Miami-Dade Voters Encouraged to Prepare for Election by Checking Their Personalized Ballot

With the August 20 primary election fast approaching, voters are encouraged to review their personalized ballot before heading to the polls. There are federal, state, county and municipal candidates, as well as a minimum of two questions for all voters.

All Miami-Dade County voters can expect a one-page ballot. Miami-Dade County is ready for elections, and voters can be too by preparing in advance.

“Whether voters plan to vote by mail, vote early, or visit their polling place on Election Day, I encourage them to review their ballot in advance. This way, voters can learn about the candidates and issues in advance and be properly informed when it’s time to vote,” said Elections Supervisor Christina White.

Registered voters can easily access their personalized ballot online at http://www.miamidade.gov/elections/voter-information.asp by entering: first name, last name, and date of birth. The voter’s specific ballot can then be viewed and/or printed.
