The actor spoke to TMZ on Tuesday and expressed his desire to propose to his girlfriend, Meagan Good, who has stood by his side through thick and thin.

Without giving details, Jonathan made it clear that he was determined to take the next step with Meagan.

Asked if both families were on board, Majors confirmed he had the support of their families and friends.

This comes after Good spoke openly about their relationship last week during an appearance on “Today With Hoda and Jena,” where she revealed that “all of her friends advised her against” dating Majors amid his legal troubles for domestic violence. Despite this, the 42-year-old chose to follow her heart, heeding their advice but deciding to move forward.

“Ultimately, I have to live my life,” she said, adding, “I want to be responsible for the choices I make. And I also want to live the life I want to live.”

In March 2023, Jonathan was arrested for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. He was convicted of two misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment, but was acquitted of hitting her in a rideshare SUV. Fortunately, he avoided prison time.

Last month, Jonathan delivered a moving acceptance speech at the Impact Awards, celebrating his perseverance and thanking his supporters.
