Barcelona receives “concrete offer” from Saudi Arabia for Vitor Roque

Barcelona have reportedly received a “concrete offer” from Saudi Arabia for young Brazilian striker Vitor Roque.

Diario Sport reports that the Brazilian could travel to the Middle East this summer if all parties reach an agreement.

Vitor Roque’s future at Barcelona looks uncertain. He is thought to have the chance to impress Hansi Flick during pre-season, but he could still be on the move.

Barcelona are willing to accept attractive offers for Vitor Roque, although the report adds that they are reluctant to let him leave in case he shines elsewhere.

However, if Barcelona sign Nico Williams from Athletic Club this summer, it seems likely that the Brazilian will be considered surplus to requirements.

Barcelona could also do with a big sale or two this summer. Ronald Araujo had been touted as a potential option, but that now seems unlikely due to his latest injury.

The Catalans may therefore have to look elsewhere, perhaps increasing the chances of Vitor Roque leaving after less than a year at the club.
