Like everyone else, K-Pop idols have personal boundaries that must be respected at all times. Yet, people sometimes treat them like animals in a petting zoo, with no regard for their comfort or safety. Airports are notorious for this kind of behavior, with many examples of idols being mobbed by people desperate to get close or take a photo.

This happened to ENHYPENE they’ve been alone a few times now, with one incident happening last month that showed a crowd of people rushing and crushing the idol group to the point where the members were pushed and nearly falling.

Unfortunately, another dangerous situation was revealed shortly after the above incident. At another point, while the ENHYPEN members were surrounded by a huge crowd, an older β€œfan” took advantage of the situation and reached out to caress maknae Ni-kiarm, looking incredibly pleased with herself afterwards.

Not only is this behavior disturbing in and of itself, but considering that Ni-ki only just turned 18 and debuted at just 14, people find this treatment of the youngest member of the group by an older person particularly disturbing.

The clip has gone viral on social media with over a million views to date, and people are reacting with understandable outrage and confusion.

We hope that future measures will be taken to prevent this kind of situation from happening with ENHYPEN and other K-Pop idols.
