2024 Olympics: Astronauts wish athletes good luck

According to NASA, the astronauts “got into the Olympic spirit” by organizing their own zero-gravity Olympics.

In a video message released by the US space agency, astronaut Matt Dominick wished the athletes good luck as they prepare to compete at this year’s Olympics.

The images were recorded aboard the International Space Station, which orbits the Earth every 90 minutes at an altitude of just over 400 km above surface level.
