It only takes one small detail to ruin your journey – and in one man’s case, it’s a pair of red glasses. Until then, red had been his colour on the platform he had used for years. All the other daily passengers knew it was his colour, respected his choice and avoided him themselves out of that strange courtesy that exists between strangers. But not today, oh no. And once this sort of thing starts, it can snowball.

This charming short film from Killscreen Films (aka director Andrew Dunstan) is a lot of fun. You may have seen it in a theater: it was screened in the United States by Cinebarre from April 3 to May 17, 2012. Everyone wants to be unique proves – once again – that the era of silent comedy is not yet over.
