Madonna Celebrates Son Rocco’s 24th Birthday: See the Photos

Madonna wishes her eldest son a happy birthday.

On Sunday (August 11), the Queen of Pop shared a sweet tribute on social media in honor of her son Rocco Ritchie’s 24th birthday. To commemorate the special occasion, she shared 20 photos and videos of Rocco, who she shares with ex-husband Guy Ritchie.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROCCO, the long and winding road through all your moods and incarnations has been tumultuous and full of surprises,” Madonna wrote on Instagram. “But through it all, your curiosity and artistic soul have been the glue that has held us together.”

She added: “Thank God for art. Thank God for you. We have been together for many lifetimes. Thank you for choosing me again. I love you – forever.”

The “Like a Virgin” singer began her post with a recent photo of Rocco hugging his mother while kissing her forehead, and scrolled through the years with several images documenting her son’s many hairstyles and artwork. She concluded the carousel with a current snapshot of the couple enjoying a beautiful boat ride.

In addition to Rocco, Madonna is also mom to daughters Lourdes Leon, 27, and Chifundo “Mercy” James, 18, as well as sons David Banda, 18, and twins Estere and Stella, 11.

Earlier this year, the pop icon shared her experience at Rocco’s art show in Miami. “So happy to have the evening off to enjoy my son Rocco’s latest collection of paintings titled ‘Pack a Punch’ inspired by Muay Thai fighters,” she captioned her post.
