Molly and Mae Tommy Fury split: Latest news as boxer breaks his silence

Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have split after five years together. The once-engaged couple, who share a child together, were runners-up on season 5 of The Island of Love.

On August 14, Hague and Fury each shared their respective statements on Instagram announcing their split. “I never thought I would have to write this. After five years together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way,” Hague wrote on his Instagram Story.

The 25-year-old influencer said she was “extremely upset to announce” the split, but maintained that their one-year-old daughter, Bambi, will “always be my priority.”

Hague thanked his fans “for the love you have shown us over the last five years”, adding: “You have all been part of our journey and I think it is only right to share that with you all.”

Fury, also 25, later made his own statement regarding the split, saying he was “heartbroken” but that their daughter Bambi was “our priority”.

The former couple welcomed their daughter in January 2023. Fury proposed to Hague in July last year.

Tommy Fury Makes Own Statement on Instagram About Molly-Mae Breakup

The professional boxer, also 25, released his own statement on Instagram about the breakup.

“I am heartbroken to announce that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship,” Fury wrote. “The last five years have given us the opportunity to have our beautiful baby girl, Bambi, and I will be forever grateful to Molly for making it possible for me to become a dad. Bambi is our priority.”

He echoed Hague’s statement in asking for privacy to be respected as “we go through this difficult time.”

Molly-Mae shares statement on social media about split

The PrettyLittleThing brand ambassador, 25, took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce the split.

“I never thought I would have to write this,” Hague said. “After five years together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.”

“I am extremely sad to announce that my relationship with Tommy has come to an end,” she continued. “I will always be grateful for the most important thing to me now and forever, my beautiful daughter. Without us, she would not exist, she will always be my priority.”

She thanked her fans “for the love you have shown us over the last five years,” adding, “You have all been a part of our journey and I think it’s only right to share that with you all.”

Although Hague did not reveal the reason for their split, she asked her followers to “please respect my privacy during this difficult time” as she tried to “process” the breakup.

“I’ll be back when I feel good,” she concluded, signing the statement: “Molly-Mae x”

The Island of Love Stars Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have announced their split after five years together.

The former couple met in 2019 during the fifth season of the popular ITV reality series.

In January 2023, they welcomed their first child together. Fury proposed to Hague in July last year.
