Sean, 24, accused Joey of “just playing a game” before announcing they were not friends following the Love Island final.

Their row was sparked by a match in the villa, during which Joey, 33, and his partner Jessy Potts, 26, dubbed Sean and his girlfriend Matilda Draper, also 24, the “least compatible”.

Yet they seemed to have arranged things for a selfie in the bar.

The couple were joined by co-star Wil Anderson, 23, for the first snap, which saw Joey donning a pair of sunglasses while indoors.

However, he quickly removed his sunglasses as the former British and Commonwealth heavyweight champion arrived.

Derek wore all-black sneakers, save for a crisp white one, as he joined the guys for a snap posted to Instagram.

Later in the evening they were joined by Jessy as well as Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint, who arrived hand in hand.

Joey and Sean were all smiles, hinting that everything was okay now.

Previously, Love Island fans suggested the TOWIE alums had ‘broken Sean’s heart’ during a challenge in the villa.

‘I’ve supported him through thick and thin,’ says Love Island runner-up Sean Stone as he slams Joey Essex and admits their friendship is over

He then hinted at a “feud” with Joey during the finale.

In a conversation with host Maya Jama, 30, during the finale, the candy seller opened up about his raw feelings at the time.

It happened after Maya said, “Sean, obviously you and Joey had such a strong bromance in the villa… then when he voted you for ‘least compatible’, it shocked us all, not just you, how did that make you feel?”

Sean admitted: “I was devastated, I can’t lie, but you know he had to do what he had to do.”

Love Island 2024 voting percentages revealed

And the results are there!

Mimii and Josh – 41%

Ciaran and Nicole – 35%

Matilda and Sean – 14%

Ayo and Jess – 10%

Speaking to the Love Island podcast after last month’s finale, Sean added more details.

He said of the incident: “I feel like Joey and I have a really good friendship – so I don’t think it was Joey being Joey.

“I feel like there was some kind of tactic behind voting for us and I was shocked. I really thought, ‘What?’

“When he tried to explain it, it didn’t really make sense. I was like, ‘Oh man,’ because I’ve supported him through thick and thin, I’m supporting him here and I don’t really agree with that.

“It was hard for me, but that’s how it is.”

Sean and Matilda finished the 2024 season in third place before Mimii and Josh were crowned the winners.
