How to get Star Wars Outlaws Ironweave and Coarseweave

Iron Weave and Coarse Weave in Star Wars Outlaws are probably the first two materials you’ll actively seek out, as very early on in the story, Bram the Bartender informs you of the Armored Shirt ability. This increases Kay’s maximum health, so it’s clearly a desirable upgrade to get in Star Wars Outlaws, but if you don’t know where to look, you could spend a while trying to find these particular materials. Luckily, they can both be found in the opening location of Mirogana, so here’s how to get Iron Weave and Coarse Weave in Star Wars Outlaws and unlock the Armored Shirt.

Where to find the Star Wars Outlaws Coarseweave

Star Wars Outlaws Coarseweave is a common fabric that can usually be found as loot, though some merchants and survivalists also sell it. If you scavenge every item you find as you explore, you’ll eventually gather enough Coarseweave, but there’s a handy spot that has eight pieces of the material, which is exactly the amount you need for the Armored Undergarment.

At the northern end of Mirogana is an area controlled by Crimson Dawn, and just inside, past the guards, is a locked shop on the right, which is marked on the map above. If you have a good reputation with Crimson Dawn, you can head straight there, but make sure no one sees you using the Star Wars Outlaws lockpick to open the door. Alternatively, if you look slightly south of it in the corner of the Market District, you’ll find a vent that Nix can open via a switch that will allow you to access the shop undetected. Once inside, Hook the small crate on the ground to receive eight Coarseweave.

The Ironweave from Star Wars Outlaws is classified as an “Expert Key Piece,” meaning you’ll need to purchase it from certain vendors since it’s not just lying around as loot. Luckily, one of those vendors is in Mirogana, so Visit tailor Berek Keehro at Mirogana Market and you can purchase Ironweave from his stockThis will cost you 450 credits, unless you have a good reputation with the Pyke Syndicate to reduce the price, but it’s worth investing in as soon as possible so you have it ready to convert into armored underwear.

How to Unlock the Star Wars Outlaws Armored Body Suit

Once you have the required amounts of Iron Weave and Coarse Weave, you should receive an on-screen notification that the Armored Tee is ready to unlock. As this is part of the Star Wars Outlaws Experts and Abilities rewards, you can head straight to the Abilities tab in the game menu, then highlight The Bartender to select the Armored Tee ability, before holding down the Unlock button. This will automatically unlock and equip the Armored Tee, increasing Kay’s maximum health.
