Cascade Services Announces Acquisition of Sun Plumbing in Florida and Smith & Keene Home Services in Virginia

TAMPA, FL — /PRNewswire/ — Cascade Services, a tri-business residential services platform, recently completed two additional acquisitions, marking its 10th and 11th acquisitions in the last 24 months.

Sun Plumbing, serving Brevard County, Florida since 1947, marks Cascade’s 10th acquisition and the first fully specialized plumbing company they have acquired. “By bringing Sun Plumbing into our family of brands, we are able to expand our presence in the Melbourne, Florida market and provide our HVAC customers at Mid Florida Heating and Air and Kabran with a trusted plumbing partner,” Ty JohnsonCEO of Cascade Services, shared.

Additionally, Cascade Services is pleased to welcome Smith and Keene Home Services LLC to its family of brands. Smith and Keene Home Services is a provider of heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, plumbing, and electrical installation and repair services serving the Chesapeake and Greater Norfolk, Virginia markets.
