Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury ‘secretly rekindle romance’

Once a rival to Posh and Becks’ empire, Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury’s castle has crumbled after the announcement of their split.

Just over a year after getting engaged, the famous Love Island stars revealed on August 14 that they had ended their five-year romance, leaving fans distraught.

A recent report suggests Tommy is “desperate” to try to reconcile with the love of his life Molly-Mae and “hasn’t given up hope” that things will work out between them, and now it looks like his protest may be working…

According to the Irish Daily Mail, Molly-Mae and Tommy are working to repair their strained relationship.

Friends of the couple told the publication that the professional boxer was now a frequent visitor to their £5million six-bedroom mansion in Cheshire, which he left after their split.

Molly-Mae and Tommy are said to get on very well and spend their evenings together. Their 18-month-old daughter, Bambi, has been the catalyst for their new romance.

The estranged couple are raising their baby girl together and in doing so, they are said to be growing closer again and getting back together is now “a reality”.

A friend told the site: “Molly-Mae and Tommy seem to be working through their issues. Some close to them are even saying they are heading towards a full reconciliation.”

“It may surprise a lot of people but, despite what happened, they adore each other. They grew up together, they were barely 20 when they met and they went through all the fame together.”

“That connection and those moments can never be taken away from them,” they continued. “They had to see each other because of Bambi and it was a good opportunity for them to start the process of getting back together. They’re enjoying some quiet time away from the spotlight. Things have been so dramatic the last three or four weeks, they just want some quiet time to sort out their issues.”

Announcing their split on August 14, Molly-Mae wrote cryptically: “I never thought I would have to write this. After five years together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.”

“I am extremely sad to announce that my relationship with Tommy has ended. I will always be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us, she would not exist, she will always be my priority.”

Molly-Mae continued: “I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I think it’s only right to share that with you all.”

“As I try to navigate the days and weeks ahead, please respect my privacy during this difficult time. I will return when it feels appropriate. Molly-Mae X.”

Shortly after, Tommy shared his own statement, which read: “I am heartbroken to announce that Molly and I have decided to end our relationship.”

“These past five years have given us the opportunity to have our beautiful baby girl Bambi and I will always be grateful to Molly for allowing me to be a dad. Bambi is our priority,” Tommy said, before concluding, “Please respect our privacy and that of our family during this difficult time.”

Fingers crossed that Molly-Mae and Tommy can work things out!
