Gen Z ‘more inspired than ever’ to vote for Donald Trump, influencer says

Young Americans are voicing their opinions online after the Trump-Harris debate, and according to one Gen Z influencer, the future doesn’t look bright for Democrats.

“Gen Z is in this massive cycle where these pundits on the mainstream networks are telling us what we should or shouldn’t believe. They’re telling us how bad Trump was in the debate. But that’s not what we saw,” Bo Loudon, a friend of Barron Trump, revealed during an appearance on “Mornings with Maria.”

“We saw Kamala Harris lie and manipulate us into believing what we should believe and attack the former president as a horrible person, telling lie after lie and not checking the facts so that two moderators could be pinned against Trump. That’s what we saw,” Loudon continued.

Many Americans have criticized Harris for her lack of transparency about her policy agenda. Loudon noted that she has discussed Democrats’ plan to address the crisis at the U.S. border, but neglected to acknowledge that the Biden administration has had “the opportunity since 2021” to mitigate the problem.

“We saw an incredible performance by Donald Trump, who listed his policies, told us what he was going to do, his great actions against the terrible border. And Kamala Harris told us everything she was going to do for the border. But she had this opportunity since 2021, and she did nothing.”

The Gen Z influencer has amassed over 200,000 followers on Instagram and over 200,000 followers on TikTok by posting content about the 2024 presidential election. During her appearance on “Mornings with Maria,” Loudon noted that younger voters are using social media to get their news rather than mainstream news networks.

“We don’t even get our news from these mainstream networks. We get our news mostly from social media and stuff. Is that how it has to be? You know, we can debate that. But if you go on these social networks, you’ll see videos with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of views and likes, talking about how incredible Trump was and how the whole debate was rigged in the first place.”

TRUMP SAYS TAYLOR SWIFT’S SUPPORT FOR HARRIS WAS ‘JUST A MATTER OF TIME’

Celebrities like Taylor Swift have recently come out of the woodwork to show their support for Kamala Harris, but Loudon argues that young voters are “awakened” to the reality of both candidates’ policies.

“The influencers who have become a hate meme, like Taylor Swift, are all pro-Kamala Harris, which is really funny. They kind of picked the wrong time to pull out their biggest weapon to get her support,” Loudon concluded Thursday.

“People are so awake, more alive than ever. And you know, I don’t think Gen Z really cares about voting for a candidate who thinks we’re stupid.”
