CM Eknath Shinde visits Lalbaugcha Raja and offers prayers to Lord Ganesha

Mumbai (Maharashtra)[India]September 16 (ANI): Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Monday visited the Lalbaugcha Raja here and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Sunday paid homage to ‘Lalbaugcha Raja’ in Mumbai and said he felt a deep sense of tranquility and energy the moment he offered his respects at the feet of Ganpati Bappa.

Taking to his social media account X, Piyush Goyal posted, “Today I was blessed to have a divine darshan of ‘Lalbaugcha Raja’. “The moment I bowed my head at the feet of Vighnaharta, I felt immense peace and energy in my mind. Ganpati Bappa Morya!” The Union Minister, along with his family, offered prayers to Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai and said, “I prayed to Ganpati Bappa for the well-being of the entire world, including North Mumbai.” After his visit, Piyush Goyal spoke to the media and said, “The aura of Lalbaugcha Raja is something else. I am enjoying it a lot. Seeing the devotion of all the people, my devotion increases even more. Lord Ganesh teaches us many things.” “Ganesh Utsav not only brings the society together and brings new learnings to it, but also connects our young generation with the culture and makes them recognise our heritage as well,” Goyal said.

Earlier on Saturday, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and his wife Sudesh Dhankhar visited the Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Dhankhar and his wife offered prayers to Lord Ganesha at the famous Lalbaugcha Raja, which attracts thousands of devotees every year during the celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi.

The iconic Ganesh idol, housed at the Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, is a central attraction during this vibrant festival, drawing thousands of devotees seeking blessings from the revered deity.
