Hotel management was recently questioned about the troubled star’s visits, the former employee said, as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation – which resulted in his indictment on a series of shocking charges.

Combs, who was arrested Monday night at another Manhattan hotel, left the couch and sheets in the upscale hotel room “destroyed and stained” with oil, the source said.
