If you’re a frequent customer at Starbucks, you undoubtedly know that pumpkin spice has made its return for 2024. The infamous latte was available starting on Thursday, Aug. 22, this year, over a month before the actual first day of fall (the equinox falls on Sunday, Sept. 22), alongside a new apple pie-inspired chai latte.

Closer to the officially first day of fall, Starbucks is adding a late addition to the seasonal lineup with a new latte inspired by pecan pie. The Pecan Crunch oat milk latte will be available in Starbucks stores nationwide for a limited time beginning Thursday, Sept. 19.

Here’s everything you need to know about the newest Starbucks drink.

What is the Pecan Crunch oat milk latte?

The Pecan Crunch oat milk latte is made with Starbucks Blonde espresso, creamy oat milk, pecan flavors, buttery notes and holiday baking spices and is topped with pecan crunch topping. The iced version also comes with nondairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam.

Starbucks is also introducing a new option to add a pecan twist to any iced drink of your choice with a new salted pecan cream cold foam.

The new pecan pie-inspired drink completes what lead beverage developer Patrick Penny called the “pie-fecta” in a news release, referring to the chain’s already famous pumpkin and apple flavors.
