A press release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) shows they have arrested and charged Gray Anthony McClure, 21, Robert Gabriel Shoilekov, 17, and Davonnte Lavon Brehon, 18, all of Ellijay, with murder.

The investigation indicates that on Wednesday, September 18, at approximately 10:50 p.m., officers with the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a call of a person with a gunshot wound. Officers and medical personnel responded to the 200 block of South Main Street in Ellijay, where Mallory Warden, 19, of Jasper, was found in a car with a gunshot wound.
