Reward offered for information in Mills County homicide | News

(Pacific Junction) — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in solving a homicide that occurred in Mills County last month.

An investigation continues into the Aug. 10 incident at I-29 Speedway in Pacific Junction, in which Marcus L. Johnson, 28, and Charles A. Williams, 27, both of Omaha, were shot and killed. The incident happened in the speedway parking lot before the start of a concert.

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and Omaha Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspects involved. Anyone with information can contact Omaha police at 402-444-5610, Omaha Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP, or submit a tip on the P3 Tips mobile app.

Anonymous tips leading to a homicide arrest are eligible for a reward of up to $25,000 from the Omaha Police Department.
