John Harbaugh is convinced Yannick Ngakoue will be ready soon

Edge rusher Yannick Ngakoue signed with the Ravens’ practice squad Monday and the veteran said Wednesday he feels ready to contribute right away.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh isn’t running it yet. Harbaugh said Friday that Ngakoue “looks like he’s in good shape,” but that there’s a difference between that and being in shape for football.
