Princess Beatrice has announced that she is expecting her second child with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The news was shared today by Buckingham Palace, with the Duke and Duchess of York’s eldest daughter expecting the new addition in early spring; a sibling to eight-year-old Wolfie and three-year-old Sienna.

His Majesty the King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.

The royal baby will be 11th in line to the throne, behind his older sister Sienna and his mother Beatrice.

Sharing the news on social media, the royal family released two never-before-seen images of the couple. In one, Beatrice could be seen cuddling up to Edo as they enjoyed a day outside, while in the second, Edo walked hand-in-hand with Sienna and Wolfie on a walk to the campaign.
