Agra: Dog kills snake after reptile fatally attacks puppy, video shows

A dog fought off a snake and killed it to save her newborn babies in Agra, with a video of the incident surfacing online. The dog had recently given birth to four puppies and the snake slithered into the space where they were living and bit one of the puppies, leading to its death.

To save her other puppies, the dog fought the reptile. In the video, the dog can be seen grabbing the reptile using its jaws and violently shaking its head in order to kill it.

The dog was also seen biting the reptile several times and crushing it to the ground. The incident took place on September 21 and was captured by the CCTV camera installed in a couple’s house. In the video, the couple can be seen watching the incident unfold.

They can also be seen petting the dog after the incident. Nearby residents decided to take care of the dog and her newborn babies, sources told India Today.
