Commonwealth University Announces Faculty Promotions | News, sports, jobs

LOCK HAVEN – Twenty-four Commonwealth University faculty members have been promoted for the 2024-2025 academic year. The promotions were made following an evaluation process conducted in accordance with the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement and Commonwealth University Promotion Policy. The promotions, which include faculty from the Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield campuses, are based on the value of excellence in education, as well as scholarship and service.

“Congratulations to the faculty members who received promotions,” said Dr. Bashar W. Hanna, President of Commonwealth University. “Our dedicated faculty are the driving force behind the quality education our students receive at CU. We applaud them for their successes inside and outside the classroom and for their relentless pursuit to improve the lives and futures of our students.”
