The Milpas Improvement Committee should address issues such as air pollution and the environmental impact of removing the ficus trees that have grown on Milpas Street for many years.

Did you know that hundreds of birds live in these trees? Where will they live if their habitat is taken away?

And of course you know that trees help with cleaning Air pollution!

If you live or work on Milpas, you know that the black, dusty air (from cars and the MarBorg recycling plant?) affects all life forms here, especially human lungs.

With improvements to Milpas Street and tree removal, better air quality should be a top priority!
